Nice outdoor porch to sit and relax, pricing not over the top easy drive to university of Iowa, all kinds of food and needed stops working one or two miles away, 40mins from Drake stadium or adventure land. "Everything was pretty good but the beds are like sleeping on a rock. I stayed here 2 different times and the first time was great second time our room had sewer Nats covering the bathroom sink and smelled so bad. The ac units smell very musty and made my son have severe congestion,sneezing ect. They habe very nice and helpful staff and they did move us to a cleaner room. Great breakfast, close to college and all shopping amenities in town. They ha e a pool which I didnt use and laundry on site...

"Wonderful breakfast. Fresh cut up fruit, hard boiled eggs and many other items to choose from. The room was clean but unfortunately the chair in the corner of the room was saturated with cigarette smoke from some inconsiderate previous guest. Didn’t figure out it was the chair until the last night. Accommodating to my dogs."
