"The staff was friendly enough, but the property itself was in need of allot of maintenance...would have been OK for 75 bucks, but not what I expect for 150."
"We got there and room was very hot. After an hour called desk and told them air wasn't working. Guy came to room after about 15 min and tried to say it was. Said to let him know in 30 min if it got cooler. It did not. He said the could switch us to another room (no king though) . We said ok. Waited another 30 min then called desk back and asked when they were getting us the other key. A lady answered and said oh, you will have to come get the key. We had to pack everything up and get dressed because we had already had showers. They wouldn't let us have the other key til we got completely out of other room. Like we were going to steal a cheap junkie room. Terrible experience and the air was barely any better in other room. Plus why wouldn't they go in and turn the air on for us knowing we were switching to that room. It toom 2 hours to even cool it off. And pics attached. Looking for plug in and one pic was behind the bed and other was brown stuff running down bathroom wall. And when we walked in the guy at front desk smelled lik a Marijuana factory despite the no smoking signs and him telling us smoking was a $250 fine."
"overall clean. when checking in had to wait a few minutes for desk clerk. sign said helping other guest. Should have housekeeping staff for what she had to do."
"When booking asked for pool. Pool was out when we got there broke down. Had a king size room with pull out. Mattress on pull out a urine stains all over it. Person sleeping on got up itching all over. The breakfast was cold."
"Under remodel-but-the floor in the bathroom was dirty- the light switch in the bathroom were sticky/ grime. Construction dirt is understandable but not sticky grime.
I understand the updating so I am very much hoping mattress, top blanket/coverlet will be replaced (and ALL the pillows )
The staff was Extremely nice- helpful. Breakfast was good. 😊 Staff helpful and friendly there, also."
"When checking on prices I pushed the wrong button and accidentally reserved the rooms 2 minutes later tried to contact the hotel and hotels.com both said they couldn't do nothing about it that I would still have to pay for it ridiculous"
