"Unfortunately whilst this is advertised as a flat, it is actually only a room. I should have seen this when booking. The WC/shower room is small. This is my own personal experience of my stay. During my stay there were inconsiderate guests banging doors at all times and I had a guest in the room next to me who had their tv on all night. "The loo pedestal wasn't fixed so it wobbled when I sat on it, the towel rail came off when I hung a towel on it, and the TV didn't work. I managed to switch it on once but couldn't work out how to connect it to the WiFi. Instructions were unhelpful and in the end I couldn't get it to switch on despite trying new batteries in the remote control. "Hotel exceeded our expectations. All staff were very friendly and our room was comfortable. Free breakfast was good except for the scrambled egg which was very dry. We ordered vegetarian sausages and these were delivered very quickly and cooked to perfection. Free car parking was appreciated."
