"We stayed in a beautiful suite, the view of the beach was magnificent! the furniture is dated, though clean, they didn't have a free standing shower, so you had to get into the spa to have a shower, and that wasn't easy especially where there is no step to get in, so a bit hard for us.
My advise to the cleaners is to check if the soap dispensers are empty as it's the 3rd time I have stayed there and had to ask for shampoo or hair conditioner. Also there wasn't a bottle opener in the room."

"I found check in hard.
I called the day before to discuss check in late at night and I was told to just ring back on the night when I was there.
If they had checked the booking and advised that I would need to do email verifications etc as I had not paid, I would have paid right away when talking on the phone the day before. It just was a stressful event that I was travelling for and which I did warn them in notes but otherwise it was perfect and no complaints."

"Rooms were amazing and while booking 1 bedroom loft that I didn’t know how it was in real life I’ve always stayed in a one bedroom apartment and when I went to the one bedroom loft and needed help changing rooms to a one bedroom apartment tasa was amazing help changing! Big shoot out to tasa she was great help and my kids love her she’s always happy and smiling :) "
