"One of the best customer service I have ever came across. The receptionists were so kind and helpful, treating every guest individually, with true care and a lot of respect. Amazing hotel. We loved it"

"First of all, the workers were all great. Friendly and helpful. The problem was the facility. It was a hot day. We booked here because it said A/C. Our room did not have it so they moved us to an apartment where the A/C barely worked. They have an exercise room but most the machines were broken. The tub had a shower wand but no curtain causing water to flood all over. Internet was available but unusable due to an intermittent single bar of signal. "

"The location was perfect and the hotel itself was quiet nice. There were some issues though between the wedding music booming through the floors well past midnight. In the morning there was a loss of water pressure. Aside from those things, a nice place to stay with good food in the restaurant."
