You can tell and that it hasn’t been taken care of is wrong, especially when you have customers coming in and looking at that I mean LVT is the way to go not tile floor, so I’m sure something was dumped on the floor and broke it, but you can tell it’s been there for a long time and they haven’t taken care of it. "Our first impression walking into the hotel was very good. The hotel staff was very nice and got us our room quickly. Once we got to the room, our sheets had some stains but they looked clean. The mattresses were not the worst, but not the best, could have been a little more comfortable. "The location near highways and Park Meadows mall was excellent. The complimentary Tesla chargers in the parking lot were very convenient. They had a much better breakfast than at most hotels. The pool heater wasn't working while we were there. On Sunday morning, the area next to the adjacent church gets really busy, but there's another exit to avoid that traffic."

"Every amenity was closed (pool, hot tub and restaurant) which was the only reason for staying at this hotel! When we got to the room the blinds were falling off and the there wasnt any toilet paper, the TV won't allow Netflix or any other streaming service even once connected to the internet and when the front desk was asked they said that I would need a laptop and they dont know why but the tvs have never worked! This hotel was a waste of money and I will never be back!"
