"The front desk clerk wasn’t very friendly. There was no elevator and the room had a strange smell. Bed was clean and fairly comfortable. Cannot recommend for elderly that have trouble handling stairs."
"New mattresses were comfy.
Shower curtain well worn.
Unfortunately, the hot tub had been removed and paved over. However, the pictures still show the hot tub.
Breakfast: Egg patties were dry on the edges and not very warm. Juice machine out of order."
"This was one of the worst places I have stayed in my over 50 years. I wasn’t expecting much but I do at least want clean and comfortable. We walked in and our room just reeked ! I dropped the key and it went under the dresser, went to get it and just filthy . Needless to say we didn’t go barefoot . Mattress was stained, bath mat was stained, tub was gross, furniture looked in pretty rough shape , no place to plug in phone near the bed … we would have left if everything around was not booked already or really expensive being a weekend and last minute. We got our key early because we were going to be gone at an event until after hours so that’s the only time we seen anyone. We left at a little after 9:00 AM and office was closed so again didn’t see anyone to bring up our concerns. Yes I could have called but don’t think they could have done anything about it because according to their sign they were full last night so wouldn’t have been able to move us to a different room. Not sure if any of the other rooms are better though. Kind of doubt it. One other thing is when I called the day before to see if we could get the key early being we wouldn’t be back until after office hours and I asked for two extra pillows, one extra blanket . We got one pillow and the blanket. Both my husband and I have had multiple back surgeries so do better with extra pillows or bigger pillows. Only plus was the girl that gave us our key was friendly."
"The hotel and room was very clean. The staff accommodated me to have first floor room. I do wish hotels would use taller toilets. Also pillows were way to soft but made do with more. The only thing that really turned me off was as a 20 year old calling me honey. I’m not a honey and they do not call men that. I would stay again."
"Very nice place - just starting out for Summer. Very clean and staff were perfect. Only issues were maybe not having hotel rooms ready: TV did not work in room, coffee not out at 8AM in morning (no pot in room), etc. Bar and food were nice to have. Lake access was questionable as hotel stay apparently could not dock boat - cabled off to villa owners/renters only??? Maybe would be nice to inform people staying in advance how to access lake, what is up with TV, etc. I would come back some day."
