"Bathroom could of been cleaner and the floor taken care of"

"There was loud music by my room so I ask to go to another room got to that room it had not been cleaned so I went back to the office and ask for a refund and the manager was very nasty to me how I have to wait 10 days for my refund I was also told that the pool was not open it had not been open for years I would never recommend the hotel to my worst enemy it’s nothing like the website shows I will never go there again I would sleep in my car ."

"I booked through Expedia for one night. When I arrived at this location he asked for my card and I thought it was for a security deposit. NO! He charged my card again full price for the room. When I realized what he had done I called the hotel and he’s saying claims he can’t find my information. Expedia is working on getting them to refund my money."
