The bathroom flooded as shower was blocked missed breakfast! Not been compensated. Only been given points not money for the additional breakfast I had to buy!

Ilford Tower Apartments
It would be great to have more of the basic home appliances available in the house from the start, such as: broom, mop, iron table and some cleaning products. We had to call a member of staff more than once within a week.

Staycations Maldon Suites
Very convenient location next to the car park close to where I was going on my short spring holiday. The rooms had a comfortable big bed and a lovely bath, separate shower and toilet. Thank you.
