"The room we were initially assigned was completely different from the one we had carefully selected when making our booking. We went back to reception to clarify the situation and were told that the photos shown on the website are only examples of what guests may get and do not necessarily represent the exact room they will be assigned. We found this quite disappointing, as we had specifically chosen the room based on the photos. However, the receptionist was very accommodating and changed our...

"The apartment is in a perfect location, just outside the old town. So it was quiet yet close to the action. Lots of great restaurants nearby. I think the images shown in the posting were of several different units. Some showed a sofa; mine didn't have one. Still the apartment was very comfortable."

"Niewygodne poduszki, hałas tramwajowy i samochodowy słyszalny z ulicy przez nieszczelne okna. Gniazdo gołębi tuz przy oknie pokoju, hałas przez to praktycznie przez większość nocy. Paprochy na łóżku. Instrukcja do odbioru kluczy nie przesłana na czas, trzeba było się upomnieć. Jedyny plus to blisko centrum."

"The apartment suite I rented was great. Plenty of clean glassware, dishes, and utensils. Everything was clean and spacious. The neighborhood is pretty quiet, and only about a 12 minute walk to the Old Town. Lots of joggers and bike riders in the area, it felt very safe. Grocery stores are less than a 10 minute walk. I had trouble figuring out how to do a quick wash and dry with the clothes washer, there are a lot of options on the machine."

"The kitchen was fully equipped. Some problems with free parking. They provide the place in underground parking for 70 polish zloty per day."

"Checked in at night (1am) lady was super nice. apartment was very spacious"

"Great location, very clean and spacious apartments, include all necessities. Parking was a constant challenge. We’d spend 30-45 min to find parking. And most of the time it would be 10-15 min walk away. One difficult part is that there is no reception and you can’t get ahold of anyone via messages or phone."

"Absolutely perfect. Super clean and new. Very big apartment with all the comfort. The location is perfect. Near shopping center and near tram and bus stop. Price very very good. Staff is very kind."

"I am satisfied with the apartment."
