We stayed in Durban apartment which was in a fantastic location, just next to the square. Everything was to our liking. A little bit noisy on Friday night but I’m sure that is to be expected, we happily camped out on the sofa bed instead of the bedroom. All in all a very good stay and excellent staff.

Sehr positiv an der Unterkunft war die Lage. Das Appartement war sehr zentral und auch sehr groß. Unsere Zimmer gingen in Richtung Innenhof und wir hatten somit ruhige Zimmer, trotz zentraler Lage. Das hat uns gefallen. Leider war das schon alles, was es an posivivem zu sagen gibt. Was die Sauberkeit angeht, war es eine einzigste Katastrophe. Flecken auf dem Sofa und den Sesseln, schmutzige Bettlaken, muffige Handtücher, ein schmutziges Bad, fleckige Lampen im Schlafzimmer usw. Hätten wir die Küche benutzen wollen, hätten wir erst alles sauber machen müssen. Die Gläser haben im Schrank gelebt, schmutziges Besteck und schmutzige Töpfe. Die Waschmaschine, Spülmaschine, Kaffeemaschine, Mikrowelle einfach nur eklig... Der Mann an der Rezeption war sehr unfreundlich und gefühlt genervt von jeder Frage die man gestellt hat. Einen Parkplatz muss man vorher reservieren, da das Hotel nur 2 Parkplätze zur Verfügung hat. Auf der Straße gab es leider keine freien Parkplätze, somit mussten wir im Parkhaus parken für 69 Złoty den Tag. Der Nachtportier war sehr freundlich.

Es war eine sehr gute Küchenausstattung. Die Spülmaschine war sehr Verkalkt. Es war sehr kalt und im Bad zu viel Schimmel. EineDeckenlamoe hatte Löcher oder es fehlten Leuchtmittel.Nur 2 Große Handtücher war zu wenig. DerBkon war schön.

very old and dirty apartment

Online, the Leoapart has very nice photos, but in the real life, it isn't! I book the apartment with "city view" and balcony, what I get there was an apartment on the first floor. Soup or shampoo not existing, one roll toilet paper for 4 days. Furniture: very old IKEAs stuff, some of them were fee times repaired. In the kitchen, there was the coffee machine, but no coffee/tea or sugar. 24hours reception - no transfer to airport - no ( car service phone is not valid) I never see the so dirty apartment... if you are traveling with gf and you want to chill out, "leoapart" is not the right place! "leoapart" mostly looks like the place for the bachelor party, where u can screaming and listening the music all the night.

Amazing situation - about a minute's walk from the square and handy for all manner of sights and with all sorts of useful amenities (pubs, restaurants, places for breakfast) within spitting distance.

Great location

Great location but need to upgrade their maintenance. The restaurants on the ground floor make the apartments very noisy in the evening. I had trouble closing the skylite windows and the wooden block flooring in the bedroom wasn't attached to the floor. This Is the third time I've stayed there In 5 years and I noticed the difference in the standard of the apartments. The reception staff are helpful but miss out important details that can make the stay inconvenient e.g. Where to hand in the key before 8am on checkout.

창밖으로 전형적인 유럽도시의 분위기를 느낄 수 있어서 좋았습니다. 트램 정류장도 가깝고 르넥 등 주변 명소와도 걸어서 갈 수 있어 숙박기간내 매일 숙소로 돌아오는 길이 즐거웠습니다. 숙소내부를 보면, 주방의 냉장고, 오븐, 전자레인지 등 생활에 불편이 없었고 가정집에서와 같이 편안히 소파에 몸을 기대고 TV를 볼 수 있습니다. 이젠 출장올 때 호텔보다는 이런 아파트먼트로 예약해야겠다는 생각이 들었습니다.

Convenient - solid 3 stars, no more.

Good size apartment. Not luxury by any means, but suited us well. Examples: minimally stocked kitchen, many of the glassware was chipped or cracked, beds were not real high end, furniture was older and mismatched Good location close to many things in Wroclaw. Staff was friendly and helpful.
