Appartamento in zona centralissima con facile accesso alle piazze centrali ed ai mezzi pubblici. Posto in palazzo storico ma ristrutturato in chiave moderna l'appartamento era molto pulito, dotato di tutti i confort, caldo e accogliente. Note negative: mancanza di una schermatura alla finestra del bagno (imperdonabile. Praticamente tutto ciò che sì fa in bagno lo si fa in visione diretta dalla strada e dalle finestre dell'università posta di fronte), non ci è stata fornita biancheria da bagno ma solo un telo a testa nonostante abbiano fatto più volte richiesta, il telecomando TV non funzionava e alcuni tegami non andavano bene per la cucina a induzione di cui l'appartamento è dotato.
