"The hotel has two towers. At first they put me in Tower B, claiming it was a upgrade. I realized it was a cheat. First, the condition of the room was terrible as you can see some part the carpet inside and outside the room are rotten. The size of the room is about 20 square meters, rather than 42 square meters that I ordered. The room was also very noisy. The next day, I complained, and they moved us to Tower A, claiming again another upgrade. The second room was better, but I still do not think...

Hotel ist zwar direkt an einer vielbefahrenen Straße, aber der Straßenlärm wird von den Fenstern gut abgehalten. "The staff in this hotel were so helpful. They had little English but went out of their way to help us. The room was good but smelt of smoke although we had requested non-smoking. Breakfast was adequate. There is a large modern mall with a supermarket within easy walking distance where we ate each night. Yellow Crane Tower is about 30 minutes away by taxi. "
