"Unfortunately i cant give a high rate to the owner and the expedia, in the listing it was mentioning that the property has laundry, but we realised later that there is common shared washing machine in -1 floor that works with clins only, for someone coming from other europe and not having swiss franc coins ut was hard to get coins to make the machine working, we troed to contact the owner they said they will bring coins and detegent never happened expedia didnt realyy help as well "

"We needed an inexpensive spot for a spontaneous change of plans and found this apartment. It has a small kitchen which we didn’t utilize, and a small sun room. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was adequately stocked with shampoo and towels. There is no A/C if that matters. FYI: The room key also unlocks the entrance door. "

"Do NOT stay at VISIONAPARTMENTS in Zurich!! It smells really bad inside, loud creaky floors, no elevator, no A/C, no safety latches on main door. This apartment is immediately above 2 restaurants, and the smell and stench of fried food, etc. is super strong inside the apartment. The smell is TERRIBLE and left a smell over everything we had, even inside our suitcases...it was difficult to even sleep the smell kept us awake. "The staff was very friendly and helpful. They answered all of our questions about the area, giving directions and maps as needed. The room was very quiet, which was appreciated after a long flight. It was easy and useful to have the shuttle to and from the airport. "

"Perfect option for our stay at the end of our trip before a morning flight. 2 stops on the tram (right outside the hotel) to the airport. Small but comfortable room. A little strange that the shower is in the bedroom (we took turns going to the lounge for privacy) but worked just fine. "

"Capsule hotel exceeded expectations. The wi-fi for remote work, the cleanliness of the bathrooms, and the comfort of the bed must be highlighted. If anything, the price could be a bit better. It would also be good to have the option of capsule for couples traveling together."
