I told one of the cleaning ladies about it and she told me she would tell the cleaning lady for the first floor when she arrived. Me comuniqué con expedía en múltiples ocasiones y no me resolvieron. Terminé pagándole al hotel nuevamente la reservación ya que expedía nunca pudo arreglar la situación. "Although it definitely is showing its age and could use an update, we were satisfied with our stay. It's a good location for hiking and close to several good food places (within 15 minutes). The air conditioning was nice and cool and the beds were decent. All my interactions with staff were pleasant and they helped whenever possible. I wish the breakfast area had a bit more room for people getting food, waiting, and then seating because everything was super close together, but not impossible to...
