"Very clean hotel! Traveled by myself to visit friends in the area, felt very safe and comfortable. Staff was very welcoming and helpful. Quiet area and a Starbucks close by…a bonus :-) Breakfast is included, looked like a nice selection, but did not eat as I needed to get on the road. Would definitely stay here again."

"The property was nice. Smart rooms, nice pool with 2 hot tubs. Breakfast was great. Beds are hard as hell. I kept thinking I was itching everywhere, even switched from one bed to the other until I flipped on a light at midnight only to find ants crawling all over me! I had a stainless steel tumbler (personally engraved) with a lid and straw next to the bed. Hundreds (literally) of ants inside, outside and all around! As I look closer my room was infested with Ants. I had to throw away my tumbler. Employee was nice and switched my room and apologized but an apology doesn't fix me waking up to the freaking nightmare on Elm Street! I was on a work trip and instructed to leave my laptop, cutting machine and IPad behind in this room because they were all crawling with ants! I was not comfortable with that. I still cannot bring myself to take my clothing into my house out of fear. I have ant bites on my arm and this Hotel only wants to offer a 1 night (of 2) refund!?!?!?! The pictures reflect how many bugs were left after I dumped the tea out of the tumbler. You should have been smart and simply refunded my money! Me asking for a FULL refund was not out of line at all! I missed my meeting because I was up all night creeped out and didnt have my work complete because the tools I needed to do it were being held hostage by ants! Moving my room to a king bed with hot tub doesn't do anything for me on a business trip at 1 am when I was supposed to be checked out at 6."

"The hotel is very nice, and it’s quiet. It is an older hotel, but just as nice as any I have been in. There’s no breakfast or swimming pool available. The staff is very friendly and so nice to talk to."

"My room on the first floor was very loud - the walls were paper thin so my neighbor got 3 wake up calls at 5:00 AM, 5:15 AM and 5:30 AM...which meant I, too, got 3 wake up calls."

"I reserved a room there mainly because of the four poster bed and to go swimming. When we got there the hallways and entry was hadn’t been vacuumed in probably months. The door to get wouldn’t lock so anyone could get in if they wanted to. The tv in my room at home was bigger than the tv they had. WiFi wasn’t working to connect out dvd player so watch Netflix. We thought we’d check out the pool and go swimming. I sent my boyfriend to check it out first because of how sketchy the area looked. He came back to our room and said the pool didn’t have any water in it and said permanently closed. When I reserved the room it didn’t say anything about not having the pool. I told them they need to change that online no response back about it. I felt like the hotel was for low income families or homeless people to stay while they get back in their feet. Walmart was within walking distance so I walked over to shop and walked by people sleeping in their cars. I went to the front desk for more towels and no one was there. The lights were off, but I could hear people talking in the room attached to the front desk area so I yelled hello. I heard, “Obviously it’s after hours.” I’ve never stayed at a hotel like this and never will again. $158 spent on a room with no phone, no coffee pot, no front desk personal, and no pool."
