"Booked and paid for my stay 3 months I'm advance. When we went to check in, the people at the check in hut acted like I never paid. When I tried to show them my receipt, they said it would be okay and they would contact Expedia. Told us it was because we booked too far in advance we were having these issues.
FYI they didn't check with Expedia, they just decided to double charge me. When I called to complain about being charged a 2nd time. I was told not to book thru Expedia next time and that...
"We stayed three nights and our room was never cleaned. Multiple screaming fights in the hallways on both levels between other customers, panhandling at doors, bugs in the room….it served its purpose for us but was not ideal in the least."
