Room was extremely simple and quite small. I think I was expecting more from online images and exterior of building. Staff were friendly enough, and sorted out an issue with our room efficiently. The bar area was nice and staff were courteous.

I marked it as good because even though I had checked in online the day before it still took nearly 10 minutes to check in and get my key at the desk. Hotel staff were pleasant and helpful. The room was clean and a good size although there were some bits of maintenance that needed doing but it didn’t spoil our stay. They do need to sort out the hot water if only to reduce their water bills 10 mins to get hot water to the shower was too long
