いいホテルでした

ホテルは清潔で何も問題はなかったです。 少し鐘楼から離れているが特に問題は感じなかった。 強いて言うなら、同じグループのホテルが２ケ所あるので探すのに苦労するかも。

Skittent og billig

Et ekstremt skittent hotell, bar preg av dårlig arbeid i alle rom, ganger og restaurant. Frokosten her var ekstremt dårlig. Prisen og beliggenheten er eneste grunn for å velge dette hotellet.

Grubby hotel in poor location

There are two Canaan hotels in Xi'an, this one and the Canaan International. I don't know about the other one but this one is located down a back alley and is in dire need of refurbishment. Our aircon wasn't working and I've got a feeling that this applied to all of the rooms. Our room was on the south (sunny) side of the hotel and so was too hot at any time of day or night. You can get better hotels for a few yuan more and should consider hostels if money is the overriding concern.

Basic but not bad for the price

By no means a luxury hotel but you get what you pay for. The room was reasonably sized and pretty clean. The TV and Internet connection worked. The mattresses were the hardest I have ever slept on but we're ok for a couple of nights. The staff couldn't really speak English but tried really hard to help and were very friendly. The location was good (if a little rundown) as it is a 2 minute walk to East Street which is the main street in Xi'an and about 10 minutes from the bell tower

酒店電話是申鵬商務酒店而非尚德路申鵬酒店 ，弄得我們東奔西跑，浪費時間！

Xian es una ciudad grande, caótica, como las grandes ciudades de China, El hotel está a 15 minutos de la Torre de la Campana y pasan los autobuses que te llevan a los otros lugares de interés. Habitación amplia, dos camas grandes pero las más duras en las que he dormido en China. Las chicas de recepción muy amables, finalmente, alquilé un ordenador y pude hacer las reservas de hotel que me quedaban por hacer. Dos pequeñas tiendas y un restaurante chino si no eliges el servicio de comidas/desayuno del hotel.

Неплохой отель, не без недостатков

Огромный номер, кровати итд итп. Главная проблема - менеджмент. Мы приехали в 4 часа ночи (счастье, что позвонили и заранее заказали в отеле такси из аэропорта), так нас час(!) регистрировали. Анкету с именем Shengen Staaten я даже сохранил. Никого англоязычного или даже представляющего себе, что такое паспорт другой страны. После этого всё остальное казалось вполне себе ничего. С водой еще сложность - горячая не проблема, а сделать тёплую очень сложно.

room are fine,ten minutes from the train sation. The staff even if some of them don t speak good english are extremely helpful,and there is a number given wich is the number of one manager that you can call anytime for free from your room with someone speaking fluent english. Only one point down,it was cold when was i there and the heater in the room doesnt look to work really well.

利便性は中

今回一人旅でしたので、鐘楼から歩いてホテルまで行きましたがバス停などはホテルから少し遠く移動に不便な所がありました。ただ、歩いている途中にお店も多くいったん鐘楼まで出てバス移動したりしましたので私は問題なく利用できました。（鐘楼からホテルまで歩いて約２０分以上・・近道を見つけたので）また、ホテルのフロントの方も印象が良く室内は古さがありますが清潔感もあり満足できました。何より浴槽があった事が良かったです。広いバスルームでリラックスできました。最終的に追加料金も発生しなかったので安心でした。

一応、バスタブがついていました。お湯もたっぷり使えました。 部屋にウォーターサーバーもあり、便利でした。 壁のクロスがはがれかけており、中のかびが丸見えでした。 エアコンの室外機へとつなぐホースのため、窓の鍵がかけられませんでした。 英語は通じません。
