"Overall, great place to stay but horrible communication regarding check in and check out. First of all, we loved our stay at this condominium. It was the perfect place away from the crowded areas of Okinawa. Quick drive to beautiful beaches, and the aquarium. The lodging itself was simple but clean, and perfect for people who plan to spend most of their days out and about. You can even walk right past the backyard out to a beautiful beach. "My family of 7 had an excellent stay at the Pools Villas on Yagaji Island in Okinawa. Automated check-in was simple, as was checkout. The private pool was clean and the highlight of the trip for my younger kids. Sleeping in the tatami room on futons was a good experience for my older kids. The air conditioning worked well and kept us comfortable in the humid heat. Bathrooms were large and luxurious and the washer/dryer worked well. It was clean and well kept. "The hotel could be a great stay for peace and relaxation if it was remodeled as the location is private and on a nice beach. However, the second floor ceiling was falling down from water damage and water was leaking not only from the ceiling but the light fixtures too and it smelled like mold."

"Shibata-san at the front desk was so very nice and helpful. Her English was excellent and she explained everything we needed from how to use the key pads to enter our room, to where to park to her recommendations for where to eat. "

"ウエルカムドリンクに泡盛やウイスキーがあったり、ポップコーンも取り放題、ビリヤードやダーツもあって、到着した直後は少しテンション上がりました。 部屋は広く、きれいで海も見えて最高でした。 あと、朝食のビュッフェは食べきれないほど豊富な種類があって、これぞ沖縄っていうメニューも多くて楽しかったです。 あとは美ら海水族館も近くて便利でしたし、夜も向かいの沖縄居酒屋で満足の食事ができました。(ホテル内にもレストランはあります)"
