"The manager of the hotel was very friendly and polite but some staff were very rude breakfast was Repetitious and boring coffee was not including you have to pay internet was awful all day the time was disconnected so I was not happy about it"

"Great location, water view, very affordable, and great staff"

"Very friendly staff"

"sadece yataklar temizdi.. geri kalan laan temiz değildi. banyo kapısı bile yarıya kadar boyanmış diğer yarısı başka bir renkti.. banyoda havlu asacağı yok havluyu nereye koyacağını şaşırıyorsunuz. ayak havlusu yok duştan çıkınca heryer göl oluyor. duş telefonun askılığı kırık! bi elinizle tutmak zorundasınız! fiata bakıp bir gece iş için konakladık. zorunda kalmıyorsunuz tercih etmeyin."

"Great staff. They helped us get to the tourist destination with alternative routes. Staff helped us chose a restaurant as well. We loved every part of our stay."

"Clean, budget hotel with friendly staff and nice breakfast."

"Everything was lovely, cleanliness, breakfast, nearby tram station and lots of friendly cats around lol. The only thing that bothered us was the street noise at night sometimes, since we were on the first floor. Overall definitely a very pleasant stay."

"Great people, friendly, plus near train station."

"This is a pleasant enough hotel but it could certainly use renovation and the facelift. The rooms are worn although the sheets were very clean and so was the bathroom. The staff were friendly and the hotel offers a decent breakfast."

"İts okay for short staying "

"Very comfortable rooms, just in the best area of Karakoy for dining and drinks, the staff very helpful with our luggage. "
