"久しぶりに国内のビジネスホテルに泊まり「やっぱり日本はいいな」と思いました。清潔。チェックインは3時からでしたが、12時くらいから入れてもらえました。ロビーにあるコーヒーは夜中以外は無料で飲めました。超ありがたい（どっかの国のホテルみたいに壊れたら壊れっぱなしなんてことは日本はない）福井マラソンの為2泊しました。シーツ交換はないですが、タオル・茶・パンの補充はあります。ゴミ回収も。冷蔵庫・電気ポットあります。駅からは徒歩2分くらいで便利です。"

"We got such a warm welcome to this spa hotel! Super kind and helpfull staff. Huge rooms, very traditional but with all the moderne things you need for a plesant stay. So calm and quiet, huge indoor/outdoor onsen. Some of the staff speak flewent english. Get a rental car from Fukui, such a nice 40 min drive up here. Away from stress and noise in the big city. Would come back again for sure! Recommended!"

"Traditional Japanese-style resort hotel. The room was very spacious and comfortable (we chose beds instead of tatami). The service was very good, with clear explanations provided. There are two public bath options on-site, both excellent and separated by gender. We didn’t choose the kaiseki dinner due to the high price — and we regretted it.
