"Stayed for 9 nights with a family of 4 and our stay was fantastic. The people at the front desk were fantastic with some helpful suggestions for dinner. The rooms are clean and serviced everyday and the hotel is close to many convenience stores which have everything. Highly recommend and would stay back there when I come back to Tokyo."

"This was new one for me... a completely unmanned hotel. Check-in is done talking to someone remotely on a video screen; a door code is given to get into the hotel, and another door code to get into your room (there are no keys). The room had a mini-fridge. Instead of a TV, it had a projector and a screen. The place was very clean, although (surprising for Japan) there was a shower but no bathtub. Rooms facing the street will have some noise on occasion, but it's not a big street. A city bus goes...

"Just finished a four day stay at the hotel and it was a great stay. We are traveling with a toddler so having access to a kitchen, feeding chair, a crib, and space for her to run around helped ease the stress of traveling with a small child. The staff was so attentive and professional. Could not have asked for a better place to stay. "
