The bay front room we were assigned in error was not appealing. Smelled of smoke and did not feel clean. Was nothing like all the pictures shown in posting. "

"Tv kept cutting off, no picture. Sometimes wouldn't change the channel or slow down at least. Couldn't get into your vehicle when it was raining without getting your shoes and socks drenched. The engineering of water flow in the parking lot couldn't be worse, especially the handicap spot in front of the office. 6" of water in a puddle over the width of a vehicle. Black mold on the tiles in the handicap rooms. Handicap room, bathroom door will not open all the way because it hits the bed. ADA...

"Woman working the front desk was great, and very helpful fixing a booking error on my part. The hotel itself though is in need of some help. First, it’s in an industrial park so there are no food or shopping options within walking distance. And of course, while I was checking in a homeless person came into the lobby and would not stop trying to talk to me while I was trying to talk to the front desk agent. The room was clean, but mattress was beyond worn out. The toilet was interesting, as shown...

"The staff is very friendly and so nice. Also very helpful. We had trouble with the toilet flush at first. The staff proposed their last available room but it was in a very bad state (wallpaper peeling, strong smell of cigarette smoke) so we decided to stay in the other room and sorted out the problem. The room was very clean and the inn is conveniently situated next to a few fast food accomodations."
