"The in‑room washer and dryer were a huge plus, and the room itself had everything we needed. I’d happily stay there again. Renovations were happening while we were there, but it was surprisingly quiet and the construction didn’t disrupt our stay."

"The location was fantastic, the penthouse suite with courtyard was charming. We appreciated them storing our bags before and after check in. We also appreciated the 12 o'clock check out, that gave us time to do some things before flying back to Canada. Breakfast was nice. Only comment would be that they could up their coffee game. Thankfully there are no shortages of great coffee places nearby."

"The hotel is in a very convenient and easy-to-find location. It’s right near Sigil Station on Line 5 — just take Exit 3, walk straight, then turn left, and you’ll see the hotel at the intersection. The breakfast was also quite good, especially the Korean-style options, which were very tasty. However, there were a few downsides. I was traveling alone and was only given one small pillow, which was not very comfortable. I had to go to the front desk to request an extra one. The bedroom itself is quite small, which wasn’t a big issue, but the refrigerator is placed very close to the bed and makes a lot of noise, which affected my sleep."

"This place is old and dirty... nothing like the photos! No heat or fan. I got the suite and it was just awful... a painting that looked like an 8 year old painted it. I think this is more of a love hotel because people kept coming in and out to the door next to ours. Stains on the table and crumbs under sofa cushions. Broken hot tub and broken faucet handle. Walls look faded and dirty. The only good thing was the big tv and the city view... but not worth it. I feel this was a bait and switch. I stayed for two nights. I am never staying here again! "

"Everything was very good"

"The room and bathroom was clean. The bed and bedding was comfortable. The room was quiet. The temperature and humidity of the room was good (No weird smells, if you know you know!). There were plenty of outlets for charging. The staff could change over to English flawlessly. Staff held our carry-ons after checking out so we didn’t have to tote around our luggage. Area was right in the midst of Nightlife in Seoul. Lots of shopping and restaurants. The only issue we had was finding the entrance after hours even with their signage on the main entrance. Just walk ALL the way around and you will find an entrance to some elevators at the basement level. Entrance is safe, there is no way to get into the room areas without going through the staffed lobby, then you need a keycard to use a different set of elevators that are used to access rooms. Also, keycard is put into a slot at the entrance of your room to turn on the power to lights, etc. Hotel and the area was beyond expectations! "

"Excellent value and stay"

"The room was clean and large with a rainfall shower, hot tub and bath. The staff were polite and very professional. The building is showing its age and the bar/restaurant wasn’t open. The building next door is under construction so it was a bit noisy but also the room was well sound proofed. Only negative really was there was little natural light as the window faced the new building which was 3 to 4 meters away and blocked light."

"The room we were assigned had no window and was very hot. The staff got us a fan, as the air conditioning is centrally controlled rather than adjustable by individual room, and they had it set too warm. We also experienced a minor issue with the toilet, but they attended to us promptly."
