"The views & breakfast are the star of the show, very good, even includes mangu & right on time. Checkin was fine ( although I dont know why they make you sit to wait your turn while more people arrive), & it’s brand new with amazing rooftop monument & mountain views! However, the bathrooms need more shelves & most notably it is right in the middle of Santiago nightlife so if you’re looking for a peaceful & restful stay on the weekend this is not it! Rooftop music is very loud too & they allow non-hotel guests to party up there. When I tell you I put earplugs to sleep since we had to be up early, we still heard everything I mean I heard it ALL! Walls are paper thin! So if they give you a room near the top floors, change it because you won’t sleep a wink even if they give you earplugs. Maybe on the weekdays, but I don’t recommend this hotel for the weekend. Good luck!"
