"We reserved a private room for 2 people with private shower, toilet, sink. No mention of stairs. Also a kitchen for cooking given dietary concerns. When we arrived, there were 2 sets of stairs, ONE single bed and no shower! We called the property and no one responded. "Great location, polite team. Unfortunately for the rate it’s a dated room with bath and hand shower head. This sits under a sloping roof and meant no stand up showing."

"Older property, exceptionally clean with an excellent breakfast. Highly recommend for a stay in Ryde."

"Great place to stay great friendly people very clean food absolutely lovely "

"Heather is lovely. The room and bathroom was perfect... all I needed. The bed was very comfortable, and had a good night's sleep. The ferry is a good 15 to 20 minute walk away, so Portsmouth is only another five minutes on the ferry."
