"The quality and variety of food available were extremely limited, and the standard was well below what would be considered acceptable for a hotel of this calibre. As the hotel is located on an island off Nouméa, we had no alternative dining options and were effectively restricted to what was offered on-site. We basically ate chips for dinner most nights and a ham roll for lunch saving half for dinner. The food was also quite expensive, we racked up a $1000 for the week , most of it on food we couldn’t eat.
The breakfast was terrible and if you didn’t get there early a lot would be gone and not replenished. It was a tough week. This was why we contact you to see if it was possible to transfer to a different hotel but unfortunately you were unable to help."
