"Pésimo servicio, nos entregaron la habitación una hora después de la hora del check in mientras esperabamos en el lobby a 35 grados, la comida es terrible y muchas cosas se les terminan y no las resurten en hoooooras. Me dieron una bata de baño el personal de limpieza porque en la alberca se habian ..."
