"Beautiful hotel property with upgraded and very comfortable rooms. Parking is good, extra parking at back of property. Main level has bar/eating area that is updated and welcome cookies were a nice touch. They were upgrading the computers so our check-in time was incredibly slow, but otherwise staff was friendly. One odd thing, the shower water stopped mid-shower, then restarted barely. Otherwise everything was wonderful."

"Absolutely a DUMP!!!! The first room that I was given the water in the tub ran continuously and could not be shut off as soon as you walk into the room you were overwhelmed with the smell cigarette smoke. The second room was absolutely filthy. There was trash behind the beds and on the floor. The towels were actually black with stains. Holes in the walls, caulking around everything. The bathroom was absolutely disgusting and the tub had stains throughout the bottom of it. The sheets were much...

"Tried to check in early, the hotel wanted $60 so we waited and checked in later. I forgot my wallet so the desk clerk would not let me check in. My wife with the same last name and credit card was with me. They would not let her check in. We could check in only if I had MY driver's license. We went down the street and stayed at a Marriott. Please reverse the $122.53 you charged on my credit card."

"The bathroom was extremely dirty, and the rug in the room was as well. The housekeeper was rude and asked us to leave the room 10 minutes before checkout. However, the balcony views were absolutely stunning!! If the hotel improved its cleanliness, it would be worth returning just for the beautiful views of the bridges."

"I rarely give 5 star reviews but this place definitely deserves it! Very clean and well stocked rooms that includes a kitchen with the basic kitchen necessities. The staff was very friendly and the breakfast was well stocked. There is a really good restaurant right across the street and Walmart is 5 minutes down the road. The hotel also offers grocery delivery to stock the kitchen for longer stays although I don't know if there is a fee for this as I didn't use it. I will definitely be staying...
