The front desk was amazing! My husband lost his ring and didn’t notice until 8 mins after check out and when we turned around, they didn’t hesitate to let me check! I tossed the room and thankfully we found it in the car in a weird spot "

"Room and facility was spotless. Shower had previous rust-like leakage which dried and is an eye sore but otherwise worked fine. Staff was really nice, courteous, and followed up on everything. Great experience!"

"The room was spotless with a separate bedroom. It had a full refrigerator, stove , microwave and toaster and was equipped with dishes and cutlery. We didn’t use any of this but it was a surprising touch."

"Wow, this was awesome. The lake view was so refreshing, the windows open in the room so you can get fresh air in. Quiet, peaceful and comfortable. The staff were very friendly, and I enjoyed the layout of what was around the hotel, a micro shopping plaza with festive architecture. I would definitely stay here again when visiting Jacksonville.
