"The staff were very friendly and so helpful in making the booking in so easy. Nothing was to much trouble for them at any time. Excellent service. Everything in the room needed was already there to make my stay so lovely. "

"Because we had train delays we were late booking in.Not a problem though The friendly receptionist was very welcoming. The bed was huge and after a very stressful day we had agood nights sleep in the most comfortable bed. Checkout was not until 12 noon so we had time for a quick visit to the city centre which is about a 5 minutes walk away The train station is just across the road so this is a very convenient place to stay"
