酒店大堂接待非常熱情、有禮，特別是其中有一位叫崔強的前台接待任何時候都彬彬有禮。健身中心的設施很好，但可能是使用的人較少，所以水溫過低，桑拿溫度也不夠，但負責健身中心的沈豔紅小姐積極補救，第二天已進行了維修，而且每天都提早開好桑拿房，很值得一讚。本來地處西北部的國際酒店就不多，特別是寧夏，所以酒店服務和衛生方面還要改善，但值得一提的是有位石總認真聽取意見，積極改善，可以說在寧夏少數民族地區是少見的有國際管理水平人員。酒店地點及好，去那裡都方便，有一家中餐庭廚師是得獎的，食物特別好吃，還有在房間可以叫麻辣燙，而且無論是味道還是材料及賣相都是很好的，絕對要試試，總之如果再去銀川，假日酒店仍是我的首選。再見故鄉！再見銀川！願下次再來時酒店各方面更上一次樓！

Very nice hotel located in city center. Taxi drivers are familiar with the location. Staff at concierge and cafeteria are especially helpful. The south-facing rooms are so warm at daytime, but the air-conditioning was not working during my stay. I asked for a North-facing room. They arranged it for me pretty quickly.

Friendly staff, provide lots of information. Especially when we rush to the appointment. The facility is nice. I especially like the pillow.

Very bad service

The service was very bad. The hotel was having internet connection problems and during the entire stay the internet was not usable. It's on and off and basically cannot be used to do anything. They also added a password to the internet to prevent over usage, which is totally ridiculous because the connection was so slow no one was able to use it in the first place. What made matters worse was when my husband tried to ask one of the staff for the password after 2 days of staying there, the female staff said to him without even looking up at him "why are you asking me, can't you figure it out yourself?" It's the most appalling attitude ever! We booked three rooms for three nights, and the hotel would not even give any comp or even one night one room discount for the horrible treatment and inconvenience! We are gold members of Hotels.com and have stayed at many 5-star hotels all over the world. We would NEVER stay at that hotel again!

可もなく不可もなく、でも安心なホリディイン

ホリディイングループという事で安心したサービスが受けられるが、連休の観光地と言うのに客が何故か閑散としているのは銀川では価格がかなり高いからだろうか。　場所は市中心から車で5分程のところで周囲は繁華街とは異なり一般的なレストランなどがあり、また窓からはお寺の棟が良く見えていた。　市内の地図が品切れだったのは少し残念ながら観光用の車はしっかりと手配してくれました。　尚　タクシー利用の際には中国語名を示さないとわからないので注意が必要。

質の高いホテルです

フロントの方すべてが、丁寧な英語、中国語で対応してくださる質の高いホテルです。 春節初日だったため、予定していた公共交通機関が利用できず、フロントで移動手段を相談したところ、あらゆる方法を使って、より安全でリーズナブル かつ便利な方法を提案していただけました。 金額をみて、ビジネスホテル感覚で予約をしましたが、グレードの高いホテルと同等、それ以上の清潔感と、非常に質の高いサービスに驚きました。空調もシャワー温度も快適です。 朝食についても文句なしです。 再度、銀川に行くときは、また利用します。
