"Great location, amazing and extremely helpful staff. We appreciated the complimentary pick-up and drop-off services to and from the train station. The hotel driver was also available for all-day sightseeing pick-up and drop-off, which was great as Luoyang public transportation isn’t as convenient as Xi’an. Everyone had fantastic food recommendations as well."
