Honest Review

Service and the running facilities (ac, water bottles, hot water, new towels, clean sheets, and floor mats) are very good. The service staff helped us with everything we needed; breakfast on time, use of the refrigerator, and accommodating to our needs. We were they to participate in a cycling event in Jogja and the service staff were very helpful during our stay there. But I am a light sleeper and there are rectangle cut-outs in our room wall so I can hear people talking, and watching videos in the open space outside our room till late at night. The room walls looked old and mouldy, and the bathroom needs a touch up. I understand I pay for what I get, but the quality and facilities of the hotel did not match the cost of the room. I felt it was too expensive for what it offered.

市街地から遠く、部屋が汚い

部屋は整っていたが、イモリが生息していた。。。部屋に隙間があるのかわからないが、快適な部屋であるといえなかった。また、シャワーからお湯が出なかった。スタッフの対応は良く、問題なし。

Excellent Hotel

Overall an excellent hotel.. Well-mannered and courteous staff, always friendly and carry with them sweet smile that make our day. The room and facilities are kept well and maintained. A hearty start of the day with wide b'fast spread of foods and drinks especially delighted to have freshly squeezed fruit juices as well.
