"Not the best area of Roseville, a lot of sketch guest, I would say not very safe for children. Very dirty, felt like it was a truckers motel. Front desk was pleasant and the pool was little above average. I would never stay here again. If you look for very cheap hotel this is always an option."

The hotel met our basic needs, and we didn't have any major issues during our stay. One suggestion for improvement would be to start breakfast a little earlier, especially for guests who need to get an early start. Earlier breakfast hours would make the experience much more convenient. Overall, it was an average stay with a few areas that could be improved...

"The surprisingly low price of this particular Motel 6 location and previous poor reviews still could not prepare us for the unclean and decrepit bathroom or for being awakened at 3am when 2 dog owners began a physical and verbal altercation against the room’s front door. The cigarette smoke in this “smoke free” motel room was the final nail: I will never stay in a Motel 6 again."

"I enjoyed my stay. My honest review is that I wish they had better cleanliness with their stairs as I saw too many cigarette butts on the floor. I also saw 1 flea on my bed but thats understandable as it was a pet-friendly facility. My family and I enjoyed the pool, the elevator and the washer/dryers were very handy. I also found very convenient having Carls Jr., Ihop, McDoanlds and Taco Bell next to the building. Overall, I plan to come back in the future and I highly recommend this place."

"Always clean, friendly staff, tasty breakfast, very lowkey area so pretty safe to leave your car at the parking lot. Lots of gas stations around the area and they always make sure to help you out!"

"Comfy bed and decent bathroom, but the AC unit was excessively loud so couldn’t get a good night’s sleep, and compounded by the clamor of the early Saturday morning trash collection. Breakfast is very basic. But, a very walkable location."
