They said that would also take some time to prepare another room. We decided to go to dinner and asked that they call us when there was either another room available or the door was opened. "Room furniture and in-room devices (clock, radio, safe box, lamps) are dusty and old. Limescale on faucet, bathtub etc. This is a 2 star hotel. Coin laundry room was very dirty, laundry machine and dryer are so old it actually made clothes smell. Elevator carpet and hallway carpet was probably not changed in years. With everyone coming from outside pool and dripping water it was better to use tiles, not carpet. This is not what customers expect from Hyatt after spending quite a lot of money to...
