"The facilities and services are great.
Big main Onsen Bath, along with great souvenirs shop & free wine/sake offer to hotel guesses between 5-6pm.
Staffs are very polite and fluent in English.
Happy with the stay. We enjoy very much.

"素泊まりで利用しました。
部屋にはおやつとドリップコーヒー、お茶パックがあり、窓からの景色も相まってホッと一息つけました。
冷蔵庫にミネラルウォーターがサービスで置いてあり、とても美味しいお水でした！
外出していて２１時半頃慌てて戻りましたが、大浴場が２３時半まで入れるので思ったよりゆっくり入浴できて良かったです。朝は５時半から入浴出来て、温泉を満喫しました。
贅沢な時間を過ごせました、また利用したいです！"

"The hot spring water wasn't coming out.
One man was drunk, rude and excited, but the hotel staff didn't try to stop him. I can't believe it. I never want to stay in a hotel like that again."
