"Clean and spacious room. The pool area is nice and lots of fun for kids. Great distance to the park for early entry and a short walk back after a long day. "

"The location was very close to Disney, which was good. Unfortunately the room wasn't clean (hair on the floor in the bathroom, floor not clean in the corners and under the desk by the TV). I asked for an extra blanket and they said there were none. I saw another guest ask for more towels (there is a sign in the room that says they only clean every other day but if you need more towels just request in the lobby) but they said they didn't have any and gave her washcloths and hand towels only) The bed and pillows were comfortable."

"The rooms and grounds were clean and the staff was always friendly. This is our second stay here and we've decided after this trip that this is our forever hotel for Disney trips. We had put in a request over the phone to be placed near our traveling party and not only did they accommodate, but we received an upgrade as well. We finally tried the water park and our kiddo had a blast. This is the ultimate hotel for our family for our needs."

"The 1st night I came back after a day at Disneyland, there was a moth flying around in the room, then I saw ants in bathroom sink & some in shower. I found that there was a small hole in the bottom of the door so that could be why. Sound can be kind of loud from cars racing down the street. I went down for the free breakfast, the tater tots weren’t warm at all, tasted like they didn’t get cooked at all. The eggs & sausage tasted not fresh at all. It made me queasy after. I guess that’s why it’s free. They did have complimentary valet parking because the lot is full. There is no shuttle either. The Anaheim resort transit (ART) is still operating during my stay but never stopped at the bus station. FYI, They are stopping operation after March 30,2026. I chose this because it was cheaper than the closer hotels to Disneyland but if you can afford to spend a little bit more for a nicer hotel I would recommend doing that instead of staying here. "
