We loved the view of the harbor from our balcony. The room was spacious with plenty of towels and toiletries for our one-night stay. Very convenient to all of Acadia National Park and we will stay longer than one night next time. And we got an actual room KEY, not a keycard, which was really kind of cool!

I think overall it was decent. The desk staff could have had less attitude and they were fairly rigid. I think price was high for time of year and what the room actually was. The room was fine but the pictures online far outshine the actual. We had a used towel hanging as well. I wasn’t impressed by their restaurant across the street. The pools and pool staff were excellent. Inside they could use manners.

The hotel is lovely from the outside but the room was very outdated. It was quiet and clean, and the staff were all pleasant. However, the room decor, shower/tub/bathroom and balcony could be updated.

Was very nice, only downside was there were people running up and down the halls all night and early morning, slamming doors, as well as the drunk group that had the conjoining room next to us that decided to try and open our door and wake us up at 1 am and laughing and screaming. They then decided to keep their conjoined door open which felt like there was no walls. The bathroom door didn’t close as well. Was a very nice property other than that, but needs to have security in that side of the inn. Was room 252

Everything was lovely, the pools, hot tub, friendly and helpful staff. The only issue is the noise heard from other rooms. We could hear neighbors TV and conversations and the children upstairs running constantly.

Perfect place to stay for a short beach vacation with kids. Rooms and facilities were clean, bathrooms looked new. Kids enjoyed the 1 outdoor pool with slide and 2 indoor heated pools. The restaurant across the street was perfect for breakfast (best eggs Benedict!) and take out was very convenient. Short drive to the town with stores, restaurants, arcade etc. would definitely come back!

I love this place but they closed the pool really early & also closed it in the middle of the day so we didn’t get to use it at all which was disappointing.

The bedroom looked like it was new, very clean and it was surprisingly quiet. Easy walk to nice restaurants and across the street from the beach. The only thing I would “complain” is that is a little pricey, but overall is a great place to stay.
