This motel was the best and nicest clean and spacius room right next to the ocean. Cedar and her husband are the owners and are the nicest people. My husband and I were asking Cedar if there was a more scenic way back home when we leave rather than the highway. She told us and was so nice to even text me the directions herself. I felt like I knew her all my life. Definitely recommend staying here.

Great beach location

Beautiful spot with easy beach access. Great service! Did not like neighbors on shared porch smoking right outside our door, but that is not the hotel's fault. The room was sparkling clean and comfortable. We will definitely be back!

Very clean, with close proximity to Long Sands as well as Short sands. Very up to date decor and a beautiful view from the upstairs rooms. Cedar and the entire staff were friendly, approachable, accommodating and overall lovely. Would definitely recommend.

Quaint place to stay for doing family roots.

We found the accommodations clean, even though small. Location was excellent, close to the beach. Ample parking. The shower especially was small, but for us not a problem. TV availability and coffee/tea, refrigerator, and microwave managed in a small area well. Plenty of drawer space for clothes.

Our stay was perfect. Convenient location,right across the street from the beach. the owners were very accommodating, we arrived a little early and went to the beach and they txt me when to room was ready. The beds were comfortable, the room was clean and bright. Cute little porch outside the room. They had everything we needed. We would stay there again with no hesitation.

My son and I, along with our 2 large dogs stayed here for 2 nights. The room was quite cozy and cute and very clean. I appreciated the dog walking area and the hose between that is set up if needed to clean the dogs. I would stay here again, but minus the dogs!
