Wonderful experience.

We really enjoyed our overnight stay. We had everything we needed. The beds were very comfortable and pillows good. The room was exceptionally clean and welcoming. Cheryl was friendly and easy to chat with, and gave us a welcome feeling. Only a very short walk to the local shops and restaurants etc. for food and other interesting shops.

Great motel in York.

It was amazing. Not your usual motel,more like a B&B. Very comfortable and great decor. Friendly and helpful owners.Located in the middle of town.

Clean comfortable and really well appointed room and nice outdoor area. Parking very close to our room only comment would be that a handrail in the shower for older people would be helpful but didn’t detract from any overall lovely stay

Cockies cars and hot air

Pleasant stay in centre of York, easy walk to river, car museum and pubs.Check out the white cockatoos on river at sunset. Half our drive to Northam airport for hot air ballooning.

The property is located right in front oh the Info centre. It is quiet. The room is original in it's decoration. A place to put the clothes and an iron would be a plus

Arrived during a power outage affecting the whole town after hours. Pauline the manager came back to fix me up with lanterns, hot water for noodles, a cup of tea, even some wine. She was so very helpful and thoughtful. A very cosy and hospitable property that I would definitely return to.

Very clean and comfortable. Extremely quiet and spacious. Huge bathroom, excellent shower and comfy towels. Kitchenette was great, but I would like to have had a small, sharp knife available to cut oranges. Also, a bright desk lamp would have helped with reading at night. The TV worked well until the last minute, when it simply failed and would not switch off or on! The bed was one of the best beds I've ever slept in, with a beautiful, firm mattress.
