"This property is very out dated. It is need of upgrades. But if you a looking for a cheap stay and convenience then perhaps this can work. Please note that the breakfast is not worth mentioning. It's a pack of outmeal and teabags. Not even bagels, donuts or anything like that. A few pieces of fruit. There was some muffins but when I tried eating it was so stale and dry I almost choked."

"We stayed at a different Comfort Inn the night before. That was a C-. So we were not expecting much at the Coliseum Comfort Inn. The ironic thing is the price was exactly the same. The Coliseum Comfort Inn was all Fives for us."

"Do not stay here!!! First, I wasnt sure if the bed linens had been changed and we asked for clean washclothes and towels and never received them. You usually see hotel cleaning staff in the halls in the mornings but I NEVER seen any staff the whole trip and they do not clean your room during the day. I was traveling with my teenaged and adult daughter, and the first night our neighbors in room 311 were partying loudly and then loudly having sex all night. It was so loud it felt like they were in the same room. I barely got any sleep the first night and I had to sleep with the television on just to avoid hearing the couple next door banging against the wall oohing and awing during their sexual excapade. Plus the bathroom was not very clean. The area behind the toilet, the baseboards, and the actual floor were filthy. There also was NO HOT WATER when showering, it was luke warm at best. The toilet seat also did not fit the camode. It was cocked to one side so you had to be mindful when using the facilities so your leg is not touching the toilet lip/rim. The pool was not very warm either. The water was extremely cold and intolerable, so our the trip to the pool was very brief."

"I stay here every year, and I am never disappointed. The breakfast is great, the staff is friendly and helpful, and the location is amazing. I hope to stay in this hotel for many more years to come :)"

"This was a great place to stay for our brief day trip to Colonial Williamsburg. It was clean and, more importantly, spacious. We had friends staying in one of the nearby units and we were able to spend the evening together in our place very comfortably. Also, I assume because of the time of year, it was a great deal."

"Unit clean and bed was comfortable and better than a hotel with full kitchen and living room space. Amenities fee collected on arrival should be waived during winter season when pool and outside activities not possible. "
