"Not a good place to stay. It was affordable close to Hampton Coliseum for the concert but not clean. It was only okay for one night."

"It was an okay stay. The hotel hallway and lobby was hot but the room was nice and cool. The staff was ok. The floor in the room had a pebble or two on it. The door to the bathroom did not close properly."

"The staff was very friendly and extremely helpful. We felt that the breakfast hours could be extended. The current hours are 6:30 to 9:30 AM. It would be better if breakfast was served until at least 10:30 or 11:00 AM. The area lacks walkable shops, bars, and restaurants"

"My family was displeased with the breakfast options. They are limited and lack variety. There are no vegan/plant based options for milk, yogurt or coffee creamer. When some items ran out, they weren't refilled or replaced, just removed. Coffee is only available during breakfast hours. It is conveniently located for events, shopping, going to the beach or just stopping off the highway for the night."

"Our stay was over the holiday weekend. Parking and check-in were a breeze. The room was comfortable, clean, and cool. The restaurant was convenient, but the food was rather "meh". In a pinch, it's ok if you really didn't want to leave the property. "

"The hotel was in a great location for our trip. The staff was very friendly and always available. The room (especially the bathroom) could use some touching up and the floors were extremely creaky but overall, good choice."

"Our room wasn’t offered clean towels for two days. Our bed wasn’t made timely during day hours while we were out. Some receptionists weren’t very friendly: just overall experience wasn’t the best. We’ve stayed here every year for the past 3. This was the worst yet experience."

"The property has a great all inclusive breakfast and also love the fact that they have an outdoor pool since the neighboring hotel doesn't. I've stayed here in the past when visiting family near by and haven't been disappointed. Also I want to thank the two front desk employees Michelle and Tyrese, for understanding my situation and being super accommodating to my needs. You guys rock!!! See you all again in the near future."
