"The hot tub had two children in the hot tub, eating pizza, putting a greasy hands in the water, picking their nose, putting their hands in the water. Plus, the water was a lukewarm for a hot tub. The room itself was OK clean. The breakfast was OK. Other kids were in the regular pool doing Cannon balls running around jumping in splashing water everywhere. It just was not that great for adults."

"We are elderly so carrying our bags up the stairs to our room was not ideal but other than that there is not one complaint about the beautiful room we stayed in. It was obviously just completely renovated and they did a fabulous job with it! I would have liked a comfortable chair to read in but the bed was great and the lighting was excellent! I great stay for the money. Be prepared for a video check in. The wave of the future??? I hope not!"

"Major complaints: 1. Motel in awful part of town with homeless everywhere, didn't feel safe. 2. Front desk had extremely limited hours. Lack of communication. 3. Required to submit deposit of $150 in addition to room fees for damage?? 4. No instructions for TV and/or air conditioning. 5. Would not stay there again at any price. Bed was HARD."

"Istayed at the hotel for a week.It reeked of mold. We found mold underneath the bed. They were supposed to move us to a different room. They never did. The refrigerator didn't work. I had to argue with them to get a refrigerator the room was facing the alleyway next to dumpsters. We're a lot of homeless we're smoking drugs.Meth pipes on the ground said they sort of continental breakfast.There was nothing there but a packet of instant oatmeal and a still no name granola bar, they considered that...

"Nice historic building in the center of town. Very nicely maintained and the staff are quiet but friendly enough. The back of the hotel can get noisy with nightly alley mini parties. Our bed was basically U-shaped and we struggled to not roll into the middle of the bed. That was our only complaint. Parking is excellent and there’s a very good sushi restaurant in the lobby. There’s also a good number of places to eat around the plaza and in the surrounding neighborhoods."
