"From the moment we walked into this hotel, everything was perfect. The reception staff were always very helpful. The hotel is in a beautiful location and very easy to get around whether you're using the local bus to get into Corfu town or hiring a car which I would highly recommend as Stelios from the hotel was fantastic and could not have done more. "Ionian Arches is a really well located, clean, family run place. The photos on the listing definitely glamorise it a bit - e.g we chose a superior room with garden view, which actually looked out onto the driveway and some plants. We were also a bit disappointed to find our breakfast is only offered in the summer - June onwards - but luckily there are lots of cafes in walking distance. Our shower also didn’t work great due to the water coming out in one pressurised stream from the middle. But...

"Lovely hotel, had breakfast every day which had a superb selection. We also ate at the hotel on some of the evenings and the again the food was excellent. The staff are all very nice and friendly, the manager recognised us from our first day and always came over to talk to us, as did the head barman. The lady who manned the front desk was very friendly and always helpful."

"The swimming pool and overall cleanliness of this hotel is great. Breakfast was fine and it was nice to have it included. However, i would not recommend this hotel. It is on a very busy main road and the front entrance is in a layby to a petrol station. There is no walking path out the front to gouvia town, and it seems very unsafe as the cars drive very fast. The balcony was not nice to sit on due to road noise and view of the petrol station. The experience was not relaxing. I wanted to keep...

"Very nice hotel nicest one I've ever stayed in. Definitely go all inclusive. The food was great. Good variety. It's nice to have two swimming pools. One more chilled than the other. Rooms very clean and modern bus stop right outside. Couldn't recommend enough. One negative comment. The spa sauna should be included after a treatment. It was very expensive for only half an hour so we didn't do it."

"A nice basic family run hotel, breakfast was what you would expect in a 2 star hotel, due to an extremely steep hill, this hotel is not suitable for anyone with mobility issues or young children. The rooms are not provided with any facilities to make a hot drink as advertised on their web page, we did ask but they were no help at all so we had to go and buy a kettle."
