"This hotel is ideally situated a 4 minute walk from the town centre. Close enough to be very convenient but far enough to be very quiet. On site parking for convenience and a very warm welcome made for a good first impression. The hotel was spotlessly clean and all of the staff were most warm and welcoming. "

"Have stayed here several times and this time just wasn’t as good. Breakfast not as fresh, bread and pastries not fresh each day. Staff on reception were not very engaging. Room service hit and miss. Bed not made, missing cups, toiletries empty etc. just not the same attention to detail we have experienced before. "

The hotel is remarkably close to the centre of town and no more than 10 minutes slow walk tk the Menin Gate. I have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending this excellent hotel.
