"Only reason I booked here is because it showed excellent ratings. We got to the hotel and could already tell just from the outside what we could look forward to inside. Room was disgusting! Carpet was so dirty it was almost black. One of the beds had dirty sheets on it with what looked like urine spots all over them. The other bed had sheets that were too small, and wouldn't stay on the bed and had no mattress cover with a very stained mattress. The bathroom was no better. The shower was filthy and clearly hadn't been cleaned. There was urine all in the floor around the toilet, and blood on the toilet seat. Would definitely book somewhere else before staying here. Could have stayed somewhere way nicer for the $190 that I was charged."
"I purposely paid more and booked this hotel because Jamestown always has a reputation of dirty hotels and we've always had the best luck at the Fairfield. Unfortunately, it was filthy and nothing was clean besides a quick wipe in the bathroom and clean bedding. I felt uncomfortable the whole weekend and was anxious to get home. The pool is so chlorinated that it had our eyes and noses burning and our kids were coughing each night after swimming. Very disappointed this time. :( "
""Breakfast" consisted of weak coffee and a small pack of mini donuts. There was no coffee maker in the room. The motel was clean but somewhat run down."
