"We stayed here with our two kids (aged 8 and 10) when we went to visit friends in Yukuhashi. We booked two twin rooms (the biggest they had) and had one adult and one child per room. I think there are only two twin rooms per floor, so we were across the corridor from each other which was convenient. "I was supposed to meet a family member here, but their flight was canceled and could no longer meet me here in Japan. I needed to cancel this reservation because of this disappointing turn of events. I messaged the hotel staff during the window of time necessary to cancel without late-cancellation fees, however the staff did not respond to me until after that window had passed, and would not budge on their policy of charging me for the entire stay. I was very unimpressed by their business ethics...
