"The entire property is super clean, which is my first concern when staying in a hotel! The front desk personnel were excellent each time I was there to check in, purchase something, or ask for more towels.
Pool area was clean and large.
The restaurant was wonderful, large portions and made to order.
The beds were just ok, pillows were amazing. Parking was good, plenty of spots. Easy to get on the interstate. There’s a Casey’s and a Burger right by the hotel for any needs that you couldn’t get in the lobby.
I didn’t like that you had to pay for coffee. It was $3 for a cup of plain coffee, which is usually free in most hotel lobbies.
The walls were pretty thin and we could hear the neighbors shower start up and talking in the halls/other room.
But those are very minor things. It was a great stay and I would definitely stay here again!"
"Staff very friendly, room was very nice just a a couple cosmetic problems such as on room door frame was mangel. And some small stains on chairs. Others wise amazing space nice view, the small cosmetic problems will not stop me from using them again. Thank you for a pleasant stay."
"GROSS pool and hot tub. There was very visible algae along the pool floor and hot tub sides. Dirty pool deck.
Booked a king room with sleeper sofa. Room was very large. There was sadly hair on a bed pillow and clump on the bathroom floor. No shampoo in dispenser.
Staff were friendly and there was ample parking. In spite of this, would NOT recommend."
"The pool is much smaller than pictures visualize. Staff was poliet. Our room was disgusting. Someone's sock was on the floor from previous visitors. Also alcohol bottle caps on the floor. Our phone wasn't even connected to the wall and there was no wires to plug it in. That is a security issue. Thankfully we had an attached room with family so we were able to use theres to call the front desk when someone decided to bang on our door at almost midnight. Definitely wouldn't book there again. The TV isn't connected to the same wifi so you can't cast movies off your peraonal devices."
"DO NOT STAY HERE BROKEN WINDOWS IN THE PARKING LOT! TOLD THE FRONT DESK HER RESPONSE WAS WELL IT HAPPENS FROM TIME TO TIME. THE FLOORS ARE CHEAP, ELEVATORS BANGED UP, THEY HAVE A BAR WITH RANDOM STRANGERS WALKING IN AND OUT ITS NOT A SAFE LOCATION. I DID NOT STAY THERE AND THEY REFUSED TO REFUND MY MONEY BASED ON SAFETY!"
