Nice hotel in the middle of forest with amazing fresh air. Very good bed: soft pleasant mattress and bedsheets. Shower hot water regularly very good. All room was clean. Missing kettle and cups was a minus. You need to go downstairs to the bar and to get your morning coffee.but coffe in th bar is tasty. Negative thing that it was a problem with transfer on my arrival. The person at reception that was working morning shift in my arrival date just ignored and didn’t confirm my request that cased for me very bad an stressful situation while I was waiting for the car during one hour. In fact a girl at reception night shift was much more professional and arranged everything promptly. Thanks her so much. In general the hotel left positive impressions specially the room and sleeping experience.

I expected little, and was still disappointed

None of the staff would speak English. We booked a double room, and they initially gave us a twin room instead. The *double* room only had one of everything (body towel, shampoo, slippers). Due to staff being ill, only 2 warm dishes were available: draniki and chicken. They took 50 minutes to serve draniki (which wouldn't be a big deal, if they didn't previously state that it would be delivered in 30). When they finally served draniki, a long hair was cooked inside it. They forgot to serve drinks together with dinner, until reminded. The restaurant desk was frequently unmanned, so there was no way to attract attention of staff, without having to walk deep into their kitchen.

Вечером (после 10-ти) и утром (6-7 утра) на reception никого не было. Звонить из номера на ресепшен также было бесполезно, никто не отвечал. Приходилось спускаться на первый этаж где было объявление что менеджера можно найти по телефону, приходилось использовать роуминг, чтобы звонить менеджеру. Утро провела в поисках работника на ресепшен и организации трансфера до аэропорта; такси не приезжало, использовала дорогой трансфер из отеля. Отель якобы 4 звезды, но в моем номере дырки на шторах были заклеены скотчем. В номере было холодно, но был дополнительный электрический обогреватель, благодаря которому лишь к утру стала комфортная температура в номере. Из позитивного, отель находится очень близко к аэропорту… но останавливаться там я больше не буду.

A pleasant stay for pre-flight

A well located hotel in a wooded green area, but also very close to the motorway for ease of access, although only by private car or taxi, no access by public transport. Pleasant staff, though not all English speaking, cater for all needs and requests, arranging massage on site, plus essential PCR test for pre-flight. Good food choice for evening meal, well priced by Western rates. Breakfast limited and extra.

Great hotel near airport. Scandinavian minimalist design, hotel is located in the forest. Loved room service! Breakfast was very tasty. Everyone is very helpful. Can’t wait to get back for longer stay!

Close to airport, soft bed, no hot water at first, but it was fixed after 2 hours. Walls were thin i could hear loud neighbor talking on phone all night. Overall, i would stay again.

Location location location?

Being able to look at an aerial view of the hotel on the TV was interesting—and the overall look of the place was the best thing about it—but neither Euronews or Deutsche Welle worked and so it was either BBC World or local Russian-language stuff. The bed wasn't especially comfortable; the complementary toiletries were just ok (including what had to be the safest razor I have ever used in my whole life). The restaurant didn't impress me: stains on the place-cloths, and neither dinner nor breakfast seemed to have been freshly made. Just about OK as airport hotels go, but if like me you were paying for it yourself simply because flight and train schedules didn't gel, you might feel a bit let down.

Мы останавливаемся в этом отеле уже не в первый раз. По моему он становится только лучше! Брали номер в корпусе, в домиках ни разу не останавливались, нам так удобнее. Обычно бываем там или когда прилетаем или улетаем из Минского аэропорта. Очень удобное расположение. Но думаем остановиться там в следующий раз на недельку для отдыха. Номера чистые, все новое, обслуживание идеальное. Единственный минус на мой взгляд дороговат ресторан, Обед по меню, выбор блюд небольшой, завтраки тоже дорогие для предложенного шведского стола. Если проехать буквально 5-10 минут в сторону Москвы, есть неплохое место Сытый путник, там дешевле и вкуснее. Но природа, комфорт и обстановка в отеле зовёт вернуться снова.
